Mhada Pune lottery 2023 to give 5,863 units  

The Mhada Pune lottery 2023 has announced a Mhada lottery for 5,863 houses. Of the 5,863 units, 5,425 units are located in the Pune district, 337 in the Kolhapur district, 69 in the Solapur district and 32 in the Sangli district.

Acceptance of online applications started September 6, 2023 at 12 PM and was to end September 27, 2023, 11.59 PM. The lucky draw to happen on October 18, 2023. However, Mhada has extended the Pune Mhada lottery 2023 owing to holidays because of Ganesh Chaturthi during which interested applicants found participation difficult.

As part of the revised schedule, the online application ends on October 20, 2023. The online payment for EMD can be done till October 21, 2023, 11.59 PM and the RTGS transfer can be done till October 23, 2023, 3 PM. Draft list of applications will be published on the Mhada website  on October 27 at 5 PM. The final list Mhada Pune list of accepted applications for the lucky draw will be published on November 3 at 5 PM and can be accessed on the MHADA website.  The Mhada Pune lucky draw will be held on November 9, 2023 at 10 AM.  The refund of the Mhada Pune EMD to unsuccessful applicants will start from November 21, 2023.

As per media reports, more than 32,000 people have applied for the Mhada lottery 2023 Pune till now.

Mhada Pune First Come First Serve Lottery September 2023

MHADA Pune lottery 2023 first-come-first-serve lottery scheme has announced the Mhada FCFS September 2023 lottery under which 2,383 units will be given away. Note that flats Mhalunge under the first-come-first-serve scheme of the Pune board has been reduced by 10%.

According to a new Maharashtra government notification, the annual income slab for eligibility of people to apply for MHADA affordable homes through MHADA lottery has been revised. The last revision was done in 2016. As per the new slab, EWS category annual income eligibility is Rs 6 lakh in Mumbai, Nagpur and Pune and Rs 4.5 lakh in rest of Maharashtra. For the LIG category annual income eligibility is Rs 9 lakh in Mumbai, Nagpur and Pune (LIG-A) and Rs 7.5 lakh (LIG-B) to people staying in rest of Maharashtra. For the MIG category annual income eligibility is Rs 12 lakh a year in the entire state of Maharashtra. For the HIG category annual income eligibility is above Rs 12 lakh a year in the entire state of Maharashtra.

Steps to fill MHADA lottery 2023 Pune application form online for FCFS scheme

Step 1: MHADA lottery registration

To fill the MHADA lottery Pune 2023 application form online, first visit MHADA Pune platform Click on ‘register’ after which you will be redirected to a user form.

Select a user name, choose a password and save it for future purpose. Submit the form, after filling in all the information. Verify your mobile number, which will be used for future communication purpose.

You will be redirected to another form on the www.mhada.gov.in Pune 2021 website where you need to mention your monthly income, bank account details and applicant’s photo to apply for the MHADA Pune lottery.

Mhada Pune First Come First Serve Lottery 2023 January

MHADA Pune lottery 2023  will give 5,990 units of which 2,988 units will be given under  the ‘First Come First Serve scheme‘ and the remaining under ‘Pune Housing 23‘.   Under these lotteries, the units will be available across locations including Pune, Pimpri and Sangli.

Mhada Pune: About PHADB

The Pune Housing and Area Development Board (PHADB), a regional unit of MHADA was established on December 5, 1977, as per the provisions in section 18 of MHADA Act, 1976. MHADA Pune -PHADB headquartered at Pune holds territorial jurisdiction over five districts in Pune namely Pune, Kolhapur, Solapur, Satara, Sangli. These districts have five Municipal Corporations namely Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad, Kolhapur, Solapur, Sangli-Miraj-Kupwad and 41 Municipal Councils under A, B and C category.

Mhada Pune lottery lucky draw on March 20, 2023

Lucky draw of Mhada Pune lottery 2023 was held on March 20, 2023 at 10 am. Owing to glitches in software that restricted proper document verification, many successful applicants of Mhada lottery Pune 2023 have still not received allotment letters from Mhada Pune.  Media reports mention that many applicants who have submitted all documents still awaiting letters while lottery winners who have not submitted all necessary documents have got the allotment letter.
