How to apply for UPSIDA plots?

The UP State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) is a government-appointed body, spearheading the development of industrial infrastructure in Uttar Pradesh. Those interested in buying vacant industrial plots in UP have to apply for such plots through UPSIDA. This guide will help you know how to find out the list of vacant plots available for purchase under the UPSIDA official website.

How to find the list of vacant plots on UPSIDA?

Step 1: Visit the official website at https://onlineupsida.com/.

You will be able to see ‘Available Plots’ option on top of the page.

Step 2: From the dropdown menu, you will be able to see three options: Available Plot List in Nivesh Mitra, Land Bank of UPSIDA and Plots in E-Auction. Click on ‘Available Plot List in Nivesh Mitra’ option.

Step 3: List of available plots along with size and price details will be visible on your screen.

How to check UPSIDA land bank?

Step 1: Visit the official website at https://onlineupsida.com/.

You will be able to see ‘Available Plots’ option on top of the page.

Step 2: From the dropdown box, you will be able to see three options: Available Plot List in Nivesh Mitra, Land Bank of UPSIDA and Plots in E-Auction. Click on the Land Bank of UPSIDA option.

Step 3: Now select details to proceed further.

Step 4: After selecting details, click on the Explore Properties option.

Documents needed to apply for UPSIDA plots

Individual/proprietorship firm

PAN and Aadhar Card
Certificate from a chartered accountant with UDIN number stating that the net worth of applicant is positive.

Partnership firm

Registered or notarized partnership deed/Form-1
PAN card of the firm
PAN/Aadhaar card of all partners
Power of attorney by all the partners for authorized signatory for participation in allotment process through e-auction
PAN/Aadhaar card of authorized signatory
Certificate from the CA with UDIN number stating that the net worth of applicant is positive.

Companies (LLP/Private Ltd/Limited firms)

Certificate of incorporation, memorandum of association and article of association issued by registrar of companies.
Shareholding patterns with list of shareholders and directors duly verified by CA/CS.
Board resolution for authorized signatory for participation in allotment process through e-auction.
PAN/CIN of the company
PAN/Aadhaar card of authorized signatory

Windows XP Service Pack-3/Window Vista/Windows 7 or above
Supported browsers: Internet Explorer 9.0 or above (32 bit only)
System access with administrator rights

Step 2: Click on ‘Register’.

Step 3: Now provide all the details as asked. These includes:

Password (minimum of eight character and comprise of alphanumeric, numerical and special character (e.g. abc@1234,bidder@1)

Applicant name (individual/authorized signatory of the company)

Step 4: Now, select ‘I Agree’ to terms and conditions.

Step 5: Click on ‘Submit’ to complete your registration.
