The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) caters to the needs of homebuyers looking for affordable housing options in the city by launching various housing schemes. In June 2023, the authority launched the first-come-first-serve scheme. The DDa provides an online facility to apply for DDA flats. Interested applicants must ensure they fulfil the eligibility criteria.
